Calf raises, balance board and knee circles. There are loads of different kinds of calf raises exercises :)

What you have read is correct. To get a flat stomach you need to have a good diet, which can be anything. I guess you already know not to eat unhealthy foods such as fast food, candy and other fatty foods. Eat a well-rounded diet with lean meat, salats and fruits. Try to eat as healthy as you can, but remember to treat yourself once in a while :)
